ClearX is designed for all water-washable footwear. For leather shoes, a dedicated wiping mode uses the velvet sleeve to mimic gentle hand cleaning. For delicate materials like suede or specialty finishes, please check the manufacturer's care label before use.

Due to product size and structural constraints, certain footwear types may not be compatible, including high heels, high boots, high-top shoes, irregular-shaped shoes, and slippers.

No. ClearX works with water alone. Micro-nano bubble technology still provides effective cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing. For heavy stains or very soiled shoes, a plant-based cleaning solution will deliver better results, which we plan to introduce as a complementary product in the future.

The Brolan dedicated cleaning solution, currently under development, is designed to last approximately 1 month under regular use. The cleaning solution cartridge will be included in the box.

ClearX cleans one pair per cycle. However, because cycles complete in as little as 60 minutes, you can run back-to-back cycles and clean multiple pairs in the same session, so you can clean your shoes anytime, efficiently, without having to wait for multiple pairs to accumulate.

ClearX operates at ≤60 dB (Cleaning/Drying), quieter than a standard household washing machine. You can comfortably run it at home without it disrupting your routine.

No. The shoe support system holds your shoes securely throughout the full cycle. The robotic arm cleans all surfaces automatically, and you can keep the laces on.

Before the cleaning cycle begins, ClearX automatically detects the shoe's size and shape using infrared distance sensing. The robotic arm adjusts its cleaning path accordingly with no manual settings required.

Yes. 50°C (122°F) is specifically chosen to be low enough to prevent deformation, yellowing, shrinkage, or heat damage. It is safe for the vast majority of shoe materials.

Yes. ClearX runs an automatic self-cleaning cycle after every use to rinse its internal system and reduce residue. Its removable filter makes manual maintenance quick and simple when needed. Any residual water or debris at the bottom of the inner chamber can be wiped clean with ease.
